Hammer & Hoard Privacy Policy

1. Scope and developer

This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of Hammer & Hoard (一锤暴富：但要支付账单), developed by ActiDimension Technology Limited. under the SODA GAME STUDIO name. The application identifier is com.soda.hammerandhoard. It describes the current mobile game and voluntary support correspondence, not the desktop Steam version or every SODA GAME STUDIO product.

2. Data handled by the game

Hammer & Hoard is an offline, single-player game. The mobile game does not collect, transmit or share personal data with us or third parties. It makes no game network requests and has no account login, chat, advertising, analytics SDK, in-app purchases or Steam integration.

The game does not track players or send gameplay activity, advertising identifiers or diagnostic reports through a game SDK. Coins, bills and draws are virtual gameplay mechanics; they have no real-money redemption or exchange.

3. Local saves and deletion

Progress and game settings are stored locally on your device. The game does not upload these saves to us, and we do not operate a cloud-save service for this mobile version. Android application data backup is disabled in the mobile build. Device or operating-system backup services, if applicable, are controlled separately by the platform and your settings.

You can remove local saves by deleting the app and its local data, or by clearing its app data where your device provides that option. On iOS, offloading the app can preserve its data; use Delete App to remove the app's local data. Deletion can permanently remove progress. Manage any device backups separately through the relevant platform settings. We cannot retrieve a save that we never received.

4. Apple, Google and the website

Apple, Google and their operating systems or stores may independently process information about downloads, store transactions, devices and diagnostics under their own policies and your settings. Our statement that the game does not collect data does not mean that the App Store, Google Play or your device platform processes no data.

Opening a support or policy webpage in a browser is separate from offline gameplay. Website hosting may process access logs, such as IP addresses and request information, and website analytics may apply. Those website practices are not game analytics SDKs and are not evidence that this game uploads player data.

5. If you contact support

If you voluntarily email [email protected], we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. Device model, operating-system version, game version or screenshots are received only if you provide them. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other unnecessary personal information.

We use this information to respond, troubleshoot the issue and handle related privacy requests. Our email providers process messages for delivery and storage. We do not use support correspondence for advertising or sell it. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support, follow-up and applicable legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

You may contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you provided, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify that the request is yours. There is no game account to delete and no server-side player profile or save held by us.

6. Children and privacy

The offline game does not collect personal information from players, including children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support correspondence, contact [email protected] so we can review and handle an appropriate deletion request.

7. Changes and contact

If a future mobile version changes these practices, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures. The effective date and last updated date of this policy are 10 October 2026.
